To predict criminal behavior, various methods are utilized. Los Angeles Police Department uses PredPol software to estimate the location and time of the crime and deploys police officers to the location. PredPol utilizes the Epidemic Type Aftershock Sequence model that analyzes aftershock activities and learns crime type, location, time, and date to predict hot spots. However, there are a variety of variables that cause crime. In this paper, we show correlation between weapons and crime and discuss the crime prediction.
